Q. How long will
the ice sculpture last whilst on display?
A. Depending on the ambient temperature of the room, a good 4
to 6 hours.
Q. Is it extra
for the drip tray?
A. No, it is included in the cost.
Q. Can I have
may ice sculpture coloured to match my theme?
A. Yes, we can colour your ice sculpture to match most colour
themes - just provide us with the requested colour.
Q. Where would
I place an ice sculpture?
There is no right or wrong answer here, it is all a matter of
personal taste.
For a special event try these suggestions:
In a foyer during
pre dinner drinks.
One side of the bridal table.
The middle of the dance floor.
For a balanced look either side of the bridal
A buffet decoration to dress up a seafood / cold meat banquets.
A small table piece of a theme for the night on each guests
table.
Q. Do we need
to store it before the event?
A. Not unless you have the facilities to store ice. We will deliver
to your premises half an hour before your guests arrive.
Q. Where does
the melted ice go?
A. It is collected
in the drip tray which we provide.
Q. If I change
my mind, how much notice do you need to provide a different sculpture?
A. We need four weeks notice for all sculptures. If you change
your mind before the four weeks, we will change the order - no
problem. If you change your mind after that a small fee may apply.
If you change you mind and wish to cancel completely there is
a 30% cancellation fee.
Q. How do I pay?
A. On confirmation of your order we require a 30% deposit which
can be paid by cheque or can be directly deposited into our account
(we will provide details). We do not, as yet, have credit card
facilities.
Q. Can I pay
on the internet?
A. Yes, we will provide you with banking details to enable an
electronic transfer of funds.
